This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect:

• Through the Site and the web application for RelocatePro.
• In email, SMS, and other electronic communications you send to us in connection with the Services.

• Identification & contact: name, business name, email address, phone number, login credentials.
• Business profile & account details: company size, service areas, plan selections.
• Customer Data: operational and customer data you enter into the platform (leads, jobs, quotes, inventory, pricing, schedules, crew and truck assignments, notes, documents).
• Payment and billing: billing address and limited payment details processed via our payment providers.
• Technical & usage: IP address, device info, browser type, pages viewed, time on page, referring URLs, and in-app actions.
• Communication data: emails and SMS messages sent through the platform (where supported).

We generally do not intend to collect highly sensitive personal information (for example, government IDs or bank account numbers for your customers). Please avoid placing such data into the Services unless necessary and appropriately protected.

• Directly from you: when you register, configure your account, enter leads and jobs, send messages, request support, or otherwise interact with the Services.
• Automatically: cookies, log files, and similar technologies (page views, feature usage, performance metrics).
• From third parties: payment processors, communication providers (email/SMS), or integration partners that you connect to RelocatePro.

We and our service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to:

• Remember your login and session;
• Understand how the Site and Services are used and improve performance;
• Store preferences and personalize your experience.

We may also create aggregated or de-identified data that does not identify you or your customers and use it to analyze usage and improve the product.

• With service providers and contractors that help operate the Services (hosting, email/SMS, analytics, payments, support).
• With third-party apps or integrations you choose to connect to RelocatePro.
• With professional advisors (lawyers, accountants) under confidentiality obligations.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of business assets.
• To comply with law, legal process, or to protect rights, property, or safety.

We may share aggregated or de-identified data freely.

Depending on location and applicable law, you may have rights to:

• Access, correct, or update certain personal information in your account;
• Delete or export certain data (subject to retention rules);
• Opt out of non-essential marketing emails via the unsubscribe link in those messages.

We retain information as long as necessary to:

• Provide the Services and support your account;
• Comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations;
• Resolve disputes and enforce agreements.

When information is no longer needed we may delete or anonymize it, subject to technical and legal constraints.

No security system is perfect—please safeguard account credentials and limit device access.

The Site and Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child provided information in violation of this policy, contact us so we can delete it.

RelocatePro may be used in different regions. By using the Services, you acknowledge that your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other countries where we or our providers operate. These countries may have different data protection laws.
