What is covered

- Through the Site and the web application for RelocatePro.

What is not covered

- Offline interactions or other websites or services operated by us; or
- Third-party websites, apps, or services that you access or integrate with through the Services.

Categories of information
- Identification & contact: name, business name, email address, phone number, login credentials.
- Business profile & account details: company size, service areas, plan selections.
- Customer Data: operational and customer data you enter into the platform (leads, jobs, quotes, inventory, pricing, schedules, crew and truck assignments, notes, documents).
- Payment and billing: billing address and limited payment details processed via our payment providers.
- Technical & usage: IP address, device info, browser type, pages viewed, time on page, referring URLs, and in-app actions.
- Communication data: emails and SMS messages sent through the platform (where supported).
We generally do not intend to collect highly sensitive personal information (for example, government IDs or bank account numbers for your customers). Please avoid placing such data into the Services unless necessary and appropriately protected.

- Directly from you: when you register, configure your account, enter leads and jobs, send messages, request support, or otherwise interact with the Services.
- Automatically: cookies, log files, and similar technologies (page views, feature usage, performance metrics).

Primary uses
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Services (CRM, quoting, scheduling, crews, trucks, invoicing, reporting).
- Configure accounts, process subscriptions and payments, and provide customer support.
- Send transactional communications (onboarding messages, account notices, billing confirmations).
- Enable messaging features so you can send emails or SMS to leads/customers (where available).
- Monitor, troubleshoot, analyze, and improve the Site and Services.
- Secure the Services, prevent fraud, and enforce Terms of Service.
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
We may also create aggregated or de-identified data that does not identify you or your customers and use it to analyze usage and improve the product.

Age limits
